NACPO, the Nebraska Association of Commercial Property Owners, emerged in 2003 in response to potential legislation that could burden property owners.  Since then, it has represented over 500 property entities, developers, and owners, including the Institute of Real Estate Management Nebraska Chapter (IREM), the Building Owners and Managers Association of Omaha and the Apartment Association of Nebraska.

NACPO's primary objective is to advocate for the interests of the commercial and investment industry, offering a unified voice in legislative matters.  A strategic lobbying effort and collaboration with Mueller Robak, LLC has successfully thwarted detrimental legislation and influenced policy changes in favor of property owners.
